Description
A quick and easy single-serve blueberry crisp made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Place blueberry mixture in a small oven-safe ramekin.
- Sprinkle oat topping evenly over blueberries.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until topping is golden and blueberries bubble.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh aren’t available.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
