Description
A quick and easy small-batch blueberry crisp made in your air fryer. Perfect for a single serving or sharing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon.
- Place the blueberry mixture in a small oven-safe dish.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the blueberries.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the topping is golden and the blueberries are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh aren’t available.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
