Description
A quick and easy blueberry crisp made in the air fryer using biscuit dough for a crispy topping.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
- Transfer the blueberry mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Cut biscuit dough into small pieces and toss with melted butter, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Scatter the biscuit dough mixture over the blueberries.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until the topping is golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh aren’t available.
- Adjust sugar to taste based on berry sweetness.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
