Description
A quick and easy dessert using an air fryer and cake mix to make a delicious blueberry crisp.
Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread blueberries evenly in an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cake mix, melted butter, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the mixture over the blueberries.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check if the topping is fully cooked.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream for extra flavor.
