Description
Delicious blueberry hand pies made in the air fryer. Perfect for a quick dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Mix blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of blueberry mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- You can use frozen blueberries if fresh aren’t available.
- Serve warm for the best taste.
