Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix blueberries, lemon zest, lemon juice, and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining sugar.
- Stir in milk and melted butter until batter forms.
- Spread blueberry mixture in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter over the blueberries.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
