Description
Easy and delicious blueberry muffins made in an air fryer for a quick and healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Spoon batter into muffin liners or greased muffin molds.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Do not overmix the batter for fluffy muffins.
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
- Check muffins at 10 minutes to avoid overcooking.
