Easy and delicious air fryer blueberry scones perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Whisk milk, egg, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Shape dough into a circle on a floured surface and cut into wedges.
- Place scones in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Do not overmix the dough to keep scones tender.
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh ones are not available.
- Brush tops with milk or egg wash for a golden finish.
