Description
Easy-to-make bite-sized pecan pie treats with a hint of bourbon, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy crust.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 package refrigerated pie crust
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix pecans, brown sugar, bourbon, egg, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Roll out pie crust and cut into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each circle.
- Fold edges over and seal.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Adjust bourbon to taste.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
