A quick and easy breakfast burrito made in the air fryer, perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked sausage or bacon
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Scramble eggs in a pan with butter, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked sausage or bacon, peppers, and onions to the eggs.
- Place the filling in the center of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese over the filling.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
- Place the burrito in the air fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Flip halfway through cooking.
- Serve warm.
