Quick and easy air fryer breakfast frittatas packed with protein and flavor.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon or sausage (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Stir in cheese, bell peppers, onions, and cooked meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into greased muffin tin or silicone cups.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
