Description

A quick and easy breakfast quesadilla made in the air fryer. Perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon or sausage (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Scramble the eggs in a pan and set aside.
  3. Place one tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle half the cheese on it.
  4. Add scrambled eggs, bell peppers, onions, and optional meat.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and cover with the second tortilla.
  6. Lightly brush the top tortilla with butter or oil.
  7. Place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  8. Flip the quesadilla and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Remove, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use any cheese you prefer.
  • Add salsa or sour cream for extra flavor.
