Description
A quick and easy breakfast quesadilla made in the air fryer. Perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 large eggs, scrambled
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon or sausage (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Scramble the eggs in a pan and set aside.
- Place one tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle half the cheese on it.
- Add scrambled eggs, bell peppers, onions, and optional meat.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and cover with the second tortilla.
- Lightly brush the top tortilla with butter or oil.
- Place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the quesadilla and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use any cheese you prefer.
- Add salsa or sour cream for extra flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
