Description
Make crispy and juicy breakfast sausage patties quickly with an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flip, then cook for another 6 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray patties with oil before cooking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
