Description

A quick and healthy air fryer broccoli salad that’s crispy and full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
  7. Serve warm.
