Description
A quick and healthy air fryer broccoli salad that’s crispy and full of flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve warm.

- Cut broccoli into even-sized florets for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
