Description
Delicious blondies made with brown butter and cooked in an air fryer for a quick and easy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan until browned. Let cool slightly.
- Mix brown sugar, egg, and vanilla into the browned butter.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Air fry at 320°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
