Description

Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, these air fryer chocolate chip cookies get a rich flavor boost from brown butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, browned and cooled
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Brown butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then let cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Whisk together browned butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop 2-tbsp portions of dough and place in air fryer basket, spaced 2 inches apart.
  6. Air fry at 325°F for 6-8 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Let cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
