Description
Crispy, caramelized Brussels sprouts with a tangy balsamic glaze, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While cooking, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooked sprouts and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
