Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- Toss cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce.
- Top with shredded cheese and air fry for 2 more minutes to melt.
- Garnish with red onion, cilantro, avocado, and a drizzle of Greek yogurt.
- Serve immediately.
