Ingredients
- 1 package (12 count) frozen tart shells
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, egg, vanilla, and salt.
- Place tart shells in the air fryer basket.
- Fill each shell 3/4 full with the mixture. Add raisins if desired.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the filling is bubbly and the pastry is golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
