Description

Crispy and flavorful Cajun shrimp skewers made in an air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Wooden or metal skewers


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
  4. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.
