Crispy and flavorful Cajun shrimp skewers made in an air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
