Easy air fryer cake dessert cups made with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into greased ramekins or silicone cups.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use silicone cups for easy removal.
- Check doneness with a toothpick.
- Top with whipped cream or fruit if desired.
