Description
A quick and easy air fryer cake for two, perfect for a small dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter, milk, vanilla, and egg yolk. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased 6-inch cake pan.
- Place pan in the air fryer and cook for 15-18 minutes.
- Check doneness with a toothpick. Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check if the cake is done.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Top with powdered sugar or frosting if desired.
