Delicious cupcakes with a festive candy cane twist, made easy with an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in crushed candy canes.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling halfway.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use silicone cupcake liners for easy removal.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
