Description

Make a crispy, low-carb pizza crust using cauliflower in your air fryer. This recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for a healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix riced cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into a round pizza crust on parchment paper.
  4. Place the crust in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Flip the crust carefully and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Spread pizza sauce on the crust, then top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
  7. Air fry for 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Slice and serve.
