Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, riced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix riced cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into a round pizza crust on parchment paper.
- Place the crust in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the crust carefully and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Spread pizza sauce on the crust, then top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Air fry for 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- Press excess moisture from riced cauliflower with a clean towel for a crispier crust.
- Use a perforated parchment sheet for better air circulation.
