Description
A quick and healthy side dish made with cauliflower rice cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower (or 4 cups pre-riced cauliflower)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
- Toss the cauliflower rice with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread the cauliflower rice evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh cauliflower for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
