Description

A quick and healthy side dish made with cauliflower rice cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower (or 4 cups pre-riced cauliflower)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  2. Toss the cauliflower rice with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Spread the cauliflower rice evenly in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Serve warm.
