Description
Crispy air-fried cauliflower tacos with fresh toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Air fry cauliflower for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet.
- Fill tortillas with cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.
