Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into a greased cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
  6. Air fry for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
