Description
Crispy, cheesy bacon twists made easily in your air fryer. Perfect as a snack or party appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry on floured surface into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle cheese and bacon evenly over the pastry.
- Fold pastry in half lengthwise and press edges to seal.
- Cut into 1-inch wide strips, then twist each strip twice.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked bacon for best results.
- Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 2-3 minutes.
