Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham er crumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine graham er crumbs with melted butter.
- Press crumb mixture into small molds or muffin tins.
- Pour cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother filling.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
