Description
Easy and delicious cheesecake dessert bombs made in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press mixture into the bottom of silicone molds.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon filling over crust in molds.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Spray frozen cheesecake bombs with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother filling.
- Try different toppings like caramel or fruit.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
