Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of silicone dessert cups.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Place the cups in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 300°F for 12 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and fresh berries before serving.
