A simple and delicious air fryer cheesecake recipe perfect for two people.
Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp sugar (for crust)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/2 tsp sugar. Press into two small ramekins.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla, egg yolk, and sour cream. Mix well.
- Divide the filling into the ramekins.
- Place ramekins in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 12-15 minutes until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
