Description
Delicious bite-sized cheesecake puffs made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Place a teaspoon of filling in center of each pastry square.
- Fold corners to center and pinch to seal.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for easy mixing.
- Do not overfill pastry to prevent leaking.
- Serve warm for best texture.
