Description

Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each into a circle.
- Place 1 tsp cream cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush doughnuts with melted butter.
- Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Air fry doughnuts for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Roll warm doughnuts in cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother filling.
- Do not overfill doughnuts to prevent leaking.
- For extra flavor, add lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture.
