Description
Crispy pastries stuffed with creamy cheesecake filling, made easy in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth
- Cut pastry into 4 squares
- Place 1 tbsp filling in center of each square
- Fold corners to center, pinch edges closed
- Brush with egg wash
- Air fry 10-12 minutes until golden

- Let cream cheese reach room temperature for smoother filling
- Seal edges well to prevent leaking
- Check at 10 minutes as cooking times vary
