Description
Make crunchy granola in your air fryer with cherries and almonds for a quick, healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup dried cherries
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Mix oats, almonds, honey, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Spread mixture in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Add dried cherries and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Let cool before storing in an airtight container.
Notes
- Store in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
- Swap almonds for walnuts or pecans if preferred.
- Use maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan option.
