A simple and delicious French dessert made with cherries and baked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cherries, pitted
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Spread cherries evenly in the dish.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, flour, milk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour the batter over the cherries.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
