Description
A quick and healthy meal of air fryer chicken and vegetables ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, zucchini)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss chicken and vegetables with olive oil.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Check that chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and serve.
Notes
- Cut chicken and vegetables into even sizes for uniform cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with rice or a side salad for a complete meal.
