Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, zucchini)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken and vegetables with olive oil.
  3. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  6. Check that chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and serve.
