Description
Crispy air fryer chicken tenders with a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Coat chicken tenders in flour, dip in eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 5 minutes.
- Mix honey, mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Serve tenders with honey mustard sauce.

- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Adjust honey mustard ratio to taste.
- Check internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F.
