Description
A quick and flavorful chicken dish with chili and lime, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 lime (juiced and zested)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the marinade.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
- For extra heat, add cayenne pepper.
- Serve with rice, salad, or tortillas.
