Description
A delicious chocolate babka made easily in your air fryer. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, egg, and melted butter. Knead into a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and cinnamon evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly and twist it into a loaf.
- Place in an air fryer basket and cook at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
- Check the babka halfway through cooking.
