Description
Crispy chocolate biscotti made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Shape dough into a log on parchment paper.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, then slice.
- Return slices to air fryer for 5 more minutes per side.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Dough should be firm before slicing.
