Delicious chocolate cake cups made in an air fryer, perfect for a quick dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into silicone or oven-safe cups.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use silicone cups for easy removal.
- Check doneness at 12 minutes to avoid overcooking.
