Description
Delicious bite-sized chocolate cheesecake made in an air fryer for a quick and easy dessert.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 6 vanilla wafers, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg, vanilla, and cocoa powder. Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Line air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Spoon batter into small mounds (about 1 tbsp each).
- Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers on top.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing.
- Adjust sugar to taste if preferred.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
