Description

Crispy, flaky croissants filled with melted chocolate made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)


Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into triangles.
  2. Place a small amount of chocolate at the wide end of each triangle.
  3. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip to form a croissant shape.
  4. Brush the croissants with beaten egg.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place the croissants in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and puffed.
  8. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
