Description
Crispy, flaky croissants filled with melted chocolate made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into triangles.
- Place a small amount of chocolate at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip to form a croissant shape.
- Brush the croissants with beaten egg.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the croissants in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
