Description
Delicious chocolate donuts made easily in your air fryer. Perfect for a quick sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into greased donut molds, filling 2/3 full.
- Place molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Check doneness with a toothpick before removing from air fryer.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
