Description
A quick and easy chocolate lava cake made in the air fryer with a molten center.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into a greased ramekin.
- Add chocolate chips in the center.
- Cover with remaining batter.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check doneness—edges should be set but center soft.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream for extra richness.
