Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, egg, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling each halfway.
- Place liners in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use silicone cupcake liners for easy removal.
