Description

A quick and easy chocolate mousse made in the air fryer. Perfect for a light dessert.


Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 30g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150ml heavy cream


Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. Separate the egg yolks and whites.
  3. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until pale.
  4. Fold the melted chocolate into the yolk mixture.
  5. Whip the cream to soft peaks and gently fold into the chocolate mix.
  6. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
  7. Divide into ramekins and air fry at 150°C for 8 minutes.
  8. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
