Description
A quick and easy chocolate mousse made in the air fryer. Perfect for a light dessert.
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 30g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150ml heavy cream
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- Separate the egg yolks and whites.
- Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until pale.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the yolk mixture.
- Whip the cream to soft peaks and gently fold into the chocolate mix.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
- Divide into ramekins and air fry at 150°C for 8 minutes.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
- Ensure eggs are at room temperature.
- Do not overmix the mousse.
