Description
Easy and healthy chocolate oatmeal bites made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Mix oats, banana, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto parchment paper.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until firm.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Use gluten-free oats if needed.
- Adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
